入学試験要項をよく読み、出願資格や出願受付期間をご確認ください。 Please read the Application Guidelines carefully and confirm the application eligibility requirements and application period.

ユーザー登録＆マイページ作成 User Registration & My Page Creation

パソコン・スマートフォン・タブレット等を通じ、基本情報を入力してユーザー登録を行ってください。ユーザー登録を行うとマイページが作成されます。
※ユーザー登録するメールアドレスは、その後の連絡に使用するものになりますので、常に受信できるメールアドレスをご登録ください。 Please register as a user by entering your basic information using a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device. A My Page account will be created upon completion of your user registration.
*Please register an email address that you can access at all times, as it will be used for important notifications regarding your application.

顔写真アップロード Upload a Photo

「写真を登録」ボタンを押し、画面案内に従って顔写真データをアップロードしてください。
この画面上で、出願写真のサイズ調整等が可能です。
（アップロード時の写真の容量にご注意ください。大きい容量の写真は取り込めず、エラーで「出願手続」に進めない場合があります。） Click the "Upload Photo" button and follow the on-screen instructions to upload your ID photo.You can also adjust the photo size on this screen.

出願 Submit Your Application

マイページより出願期間内に手続きを行ってください。
画面の案内に従い、出願に必要な情報を入力してください。 Please complete your application through My Page during the application period.
Follow the on-screen instructions and enter all required application information.

検定料のお支払い Pay the Application Fee

入試の種類によって検定料が異なります。
入学試験要項の各入試区分記載の「入学検定料」を参照してください。 The application fee varies depending on the entrance examination.

必要書類と封筒貼付用宛名ラベルの印刷 Print the Required Documents and Mailing Label

検定料の支払いが完了すると、登録内容が反映された書類と封筒貼付用宛名ラベルを印刷できます。
※A4サイズでカラー印刷してください。 After your application fee payment has been confirmed, you can print the required documents containing your registered information and the mailing label for your envelope.
*Please print them in color on A4-size paper.

必要書類の郵送 Mail the Required Documents

封筒に宛名ラベルを貼付のうえ、必要書類を同封し、
各試験締切日の2営業日後13時までに本学へ到着するよう、簡易書留にて郵送してください。
入試種別ごとに出願書類をまとめてください。 Affix the address label to the envelope, enclose all required application documents, and send them by registered mail so that they arrive at the university by 1:00 p.m. on the second business day after the application deadline for each entrance examination.
Please organize the required documents by entrance examination type.

受験票の確認 Check Your Examination Admission Ticket

出願終了後、受験番号を発行しメールでお知らせします。
印刷した受験票を「切り取り線」で切り取り、受験会場へ持参してください。
※本学へお越しいただく必要のない入試の場合は、印刷し手元に控えておいてください。 After your application has been completed, your examination number will be issued, and you will receive a notification by email.
Print your Examination Admission Ticket, cut it along the dotted line, and bring it to the examination venue.
*If your entrance examination does not require you to visit the university, please print the ticket and keep it for your records.

出願における注意事項Important Notes for Your Application

  1. 出願データの有効期限Application Data Expiration

    定められた期間内に検定料のお支払いがない場合は、出願が無効となります。（氏名・連絡先などマイページの登録情報は除きます。） If the application fee is not paid within the designated payment period, your application will become invalid.
    Your My Page registration information (such as your name and contact information) will remain registered.

  2. 出願情報の変更Changes to Your Application Information

    検定料のお支払いがお済みでない場合は、出願期間内に何度でも再登録が可能です。
    検定料支払い後は、いかなる理由があろうと出願内容を変更することが出来ません。
    十分に内容を確認した上で出願してください。     If you have not yet paid the application fee, you may resubmit your application as many times as necessary during the application period.
    Once the application fee has been paid, your application information cannot be changed for any reason.
    Please carefully review all information before submitting your application.

書類の郵送 Mailing Your Application Documents

封筒(角形２号封筒)は各自でご準備ください。(封筒や書類は願書でも代用可)　
出願申請完了後、マイページから宛名ラベルを印刷し、
封筒に宛名ラベルを貼付のうえ、必要書類を同封し、

フリーメールのアドレスを使用して出願してもよいか。（yahoo!やgoogleなど）登録するEメールアドレスは携帯電話のものでもよいか。 Can I use a free email address (such as Yahoo! Mail or Gmail)? Can I register a mobile phone email address?

登録されたメールアドレスは、本校からの通知などに使用します。必ず常に受信できるアドレスをご利用ください。
ドメイン指定受信を設定されている方は、次のドメインからのメールを受信できるように設定を追加してください。

スマートフォン、タブレットからでもアクセスできます。 Yes. You can access the online application system from a smartphone or tablet.
  • Javascriptの使用が無効に設定されている場合は、有効に設定してください。 If JavaScript is disabled, please enable it.
  • クッキー（Cookie）の使用が無効に設定されている場合は、有効に設定してください。 If cookies are disabled, please enable them.
スマートフォン・タブレットからのPDFの印刷方法がわからない。 I don't know how to print PDF files from my smartphone or tablet.
３つの方法があります。 There are three ways to print PDF files.
  1. コンビニのコピー機で印刷 Print at a Convenience Store

    ファミリーマート、ローソン FamilyMart / Lawson
    セブンイレブン 7-Eleven

  2. ご自宅のパソコンにPDFを転送して印刷 Transfer the PDF to Your Home Computer and Print

    ご自宅にPCに接続されたプリンタを持っている方が対象です。 This option is for applicants who have a printer connected to their home computer.

  3. スマートフォン・タブレット連携できるプリンタで印刷 Print Using a Smartphone- or Tablet-Compatible Printer

    プリンタの機種によっては、Wi-Fiやメールを活用してスマートフォンから直接プリンタにファイルを転送して印刷できる機種があります。 Some printers support direct printing from smartphones or tablets using Wi-Fi or email, depending on the printer model.

出願登録、出願書類提出に関すること Application Registration and Submission of Application Documents
ボタンをクリックしても反応しない、またはプルダウンの中身が表示されない。
ボタンをクリックしても次の画面で正しい内容が表示されない。 The buttons do not respond, the drop-down menu does not display correctly, or the next screen does not show the correct information.

登録した個人情報を変更したい。 I would like to change my registered personal information.
受験料のお支払いがお済みでない場合は、出願期間内に何度でも再登録が可能です。
受験料支払い後は、いかなる理由があろうと出願内容を変更することが出来ません。
十分に内容を確認した上で出願してください。 If you have not yet paid the application fee, you may update and resubmit your application as many times as necessary during the application period.
Once the application fee has been paid, your application information cannot be changed for any reason.
Please review your application carefully before completing the payment.
出願登録が完了する前にパソコンがフリーズしたので、正常に登録されているか確認したい。 My computer froze before I completed my application. How can I check whether my application was registered successfully?
登録を完了している場合、マイページに申込履歴として登録内容が表示されます。
「只今、申し込みはありません」と表示されている場合、登録は完了していません。もう一度、マイページからやり直してください。 If your application has been successfully completed, it will appear in your application history on My Page.
If the message "No applications found." is displayed, your application has not been completed. Please start the application process again from My Page.
漢字で入力できない文字がある。 Some characters in my name cannot be entered.
氏名の場合は漢字の代用にチェックを入れ、代替文字もしくは、カナをご利用ください。
住所の場合はそのまま代替の文字を入力してください。
本校の入学手続きの際に、正しい漢字を登録することができます。
例）髙橋→高橋　　　山﨑→山崎　　（ローマ数字）Ⅲ→（アルファベットのアイ）III
 If a character in your name cannot be entered, please check the option indicating that you are using an alternative character and enter either a substitute character or the phonetic spelling (Kana).
If the character appears in your address, please enter an alternative character.
You will be able to register the correct characters during the university enrollment procedure after admission.
Examples:
髙 → 高
﨑 → 崎
Roman numeral "Ⅲ" → "III"
受験料に関すること Application Fee
受験料を支払う際に、どのような点に注意すればよいか。 What should I keep in mind when paying the application fee?
●コンビニエンスストア支払いを選択される場合 ● If you choose to pay at a convenience store
  • 手続き完了後コンビニエンスストアへ支払いに行く必要があります。 After completing the application procedure, you must visit a convenience store to make the payment.
  • コンビニエンスストアへ支払いに行く際に、必要な情報(決済番号など)を忘れずに控えてください。 Be sure to make a note of the required payment information (such as your payment number) before visiting the convenience store.
  • 支払い期限が過ぎると支払うことができません。 Payment cannot be made after the payment deadline.
  • 支払った際に受け取る受領書類は必ず持ち帰ってください。（本人控として保管してください。） Please keep the payment receipt you receive at the convenience store for your records.
  • 返金には対応しておりませんのでご注意ください。 Please note that application fees are non-refundable.
●クレジットカード決済を選択される場合 ● If you choose to pay by credit card
  • 登録完了と同時に受験料のお支払いが完了しますので、その後の登録内容の変更はできません。 Your application fee will be charged immediately after your application is completed. After payment, your application information cannot be changed.
  • 事前にクレジットカードの有効期限とご利用可能なカード会社をご確認ください。 Please make sure that your credit card is valid and accepted before proceeding with payment.
  • 登録時は、1回の支払いのみとなります。返金には対応しておりませんのでご注意ください。 Only a single payment can be made for each application. Please note that payments are non-refundable.
●ペイジー（銀行ATM）支払いを選択される場合 ● If you choose to pay via Pay-easy (Bank ATM)
  • 手続き完了後、ゆうちょ銀行もしくは銀行ATMへ支払いに行く必要があります。 After completing the application procedure, you must visit a Japan Post Bank or participating bank ATM to make your payment.
  • ATMへ支払いに行く際に、必要な情報(決済番号など)を忘れずに控えてください。 Be sure to make a note of the required payment information (such as your payment number) before visiting the ATM.
  • 支払い期限が過ぎると支払うことができません。 Payment cannot be made after the payment deadline.
  • 支払った際に受け取るATM明細書は必ず持ち帰ってください。（本人控として保管してください。） Please keep the ATM transaction receipt for your records.
  • 返金には対応しておりませんのでご注意ください。 Please note that application fees are non-refundable.

受験料を入金したのに入金確認の通知メールが到着しない。入金されているか確認したい。 I have paid the application fee but have not received a payment confirmation email. How can I confirm that my payment has been received?
マイページにログインし、出願履歴の入試名の横に「決済済」のマークが出ていれば、入金が完了しております。 Log in to My Page and check your application history. If the status next to the entrance examination name shows "Payment Completed", your payment has been successfully received.
